I was called right back in just a few minutes by Michael, he set up a time that worked for me for a tech to come out. After returning from church, I confirmed a time and within the hour Ryan called to tell me he was on his way. Ryan determined the part that was needed and I asked that he replace any other old parts that might go bad. My system was installed new 12 years ago so I assumed it would be ready for a few things.
